If I can give this place no stars I would but apparently I have to click on a star.Now, I just want to say that I have about a total of 9 tattoos all over my body, I moved down to Florida not too long ago and decided to check out this tattoo place that someone suggested for me. It's such a shame - the receptionist cost one of the artists several hundred dollars and future work from me.
I can't speak to their tattooing, it seems pretty solid, but customer service was awful. After he popped back to the shop, she became sweet as sugar, but the damage was done. When a tattoo artist came over she looked at him like we were being difficult, but he understood completely what we were saying. She spoke down to us, patronized us, even though she didn't seem to know what she was talking about. She doesn't have access to the facebook account! Then come the questions. Shouldn't be a problem for her to look at the message from the shop's end, right? No. Despite laughing about it being useless, she asked us to pull up the message for her to see, but we couldn't because my cousin used her ipad. I was so embarrassed a.nd felt awful for bringing my cousin. Once we were able to speak to the receptionist (who didn't acknowledge us at all as we were waiting), she laughed that messages via facebook were pointless, making us feel like idiots. My cousin contacted Fallen Sparrow via Facebook and was told to come by for a consultation, so we did. Normally I go up to Orlando, but thought that maybe now, we had a good place in Kissimmee. I was so excited to take my cousin visiting from England here to get tattooed. And for that I will never reccomend this shop to anyone. It made me feel stupid about something that meant so much to me. It may not be worth it to the artist but it may mean a ton to the client which in this case it did. Your job is not to belittle clients or tell them it’s not worth it. If you don’t want to take my business and my money that’s fine with me.

Still beyond irritated and annoyed with how I professional he was I left without ever wanting to step foot in there again. But he was looking at my work number not their business number right above it. He made a comment of “it’s a minimum of $100 for a tattoo are you sure you want to” He continued to joke around and talked down to me questioning if I was even at the right shop and “to get an appointment I had to go through him” not knowing what that even meant I showed him my call history and he threw multiple business cards in an aggressive way saying I called the wrong business and laughing at me and making ignorant comments about the business about how “great” they are.
when I got there I was told there was no room and my tattoo idea wasn’t worth it and made fun of me and my idea. Called at 12 to make sure they had time for a walk in around 530.
